What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address when you place an order or create an account
- Your order history and any notes you add at checkout
- Basic website usage information, such as pages visited, collected through cookies (see below)
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by Payfast.
Why we collect it
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To contact you about your order or a question you sent us
- To manage your account if you create one
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every message lets you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to fulfil your order:
- Payfast, to process payments
- The Courier Guy / PUDO, to deliver your parcel
- Our website hosting provider
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Completed and refunded orders: 5 years, as required for financial records
- Inactive accounts: 2 years, after which they are deleted
- Pending, failed and cancelled orders: 30 days

Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you

- delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it
