Products and prices

• All prices are in South African rand (ZAR).
• Arise Hair & Beauty is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Prices shown are final.
• Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• We do our best to show product colours and packaging accurately, but they may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and manufacturers occasionally update packaging.
• We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
• If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
• We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, or where an obvious error has been made.

Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Payfast. We do not store your card details.

Promotions and discount codes

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• First-order discounts may be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes.
• We may end a promotion at any time.

Product use

Please read product labels before use and do a patch test where advised. If you have a sensitive scalp or skin, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, ask us before buying. We are always happy to advise.

Website content

All content on this website, including the Arise name, logo, text and images, belongs to Arise Hair & Beauty or is used with permission, and may not be copied without consent. Product images are used with the permission of the brand distributor.

Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
